71. Applicable law
(1)Project agreements under this Act shall be subject to the provisions of the Laws of Kenya and any provision in a project agreement to the contrary shall be void.(2)The parties to a project agreement may agree to resolve any disputes arising under the project agreement through arbitration or any other non-judicial means of dispute resolution as may be provided for in the project agreement in accordance with paragraph 18 of the Third Schedule.
