86. Inspection of public private partnership premises, etc.
A private party shall, on the request of a contracting authority or Directorate, grant to an agent or employee of the contracting authority or Directorate, access to the project premises, site and storage facilities as well as records for the purpose of conducting an inspection in accordance with the terms of a project agreement.Source: Kenya Law
