166. Restriction on disposal to employees, etc
(1)An accounting officer of a public entity shall not dispose-off assets to an employee of the public entity or a member of a board or committee of the public entity except as expressly allowed under this Act and the regulations.(2)An accounting officer who, pursuant to artificial valuation, disposes off assets to an employee of the public entity or a member of a board or committee of the public entity commits an offence.
