50. Consortium buying
(1)A procuring entity or procuring entities with common interest may enter into consortium buying for the purpose of procuring jointly in order to benefit from economies of scale.(2)Any procurement or disposal undertaken pursuant to subsections (1) of this section shall be subject to this Act.
