30. Recommendation to the President
(1)Where the President, under Article 132 (4) (a) of the Constitution, requests the Commission to recommend the establishment of an office in the public service, the Commission shall act in accordance with the conditions provided for in this Part.(2)Where the President considers it necessary to establish an office in the public service under Article 132 (4) (a) of the Constitution, a request to the Commission for recommendation for establishment of an office shall be in writing.
