22. Decision to be made after hearing or receipt of written submissions
(1)The Commission shall, within thirty days after the conclusion of a hearing or after receiving written submissions in respect of an appeal, make a decision on the appeal.(2)Where a decision is not made within the period under subregulation (1), the Commission shall notify the parties to the appeal in writing of the delay and the reasons for the delay.
