15. Meetings of the Board
(1)The Board shall meet not less than four times in every financial year and not more than four months shall elapse between the date of one meeting and the date of the next meeting.(2)The quorum for the conduct of the meetings of the Board shall be two thirds of the Trustees, of whom at least two shall be representatives of members and two representatives of the employers.(3)Unless a unanimous decision is reached, a decision on any matter before the Board shall be by a majority of the votes of the Trustees present and voting, and in the case of an equality of votes the Chairperson or person presiding shall have a casting vote.(4)The Board may invite any person who is not a member of the Board to participate in the deliberations of the Board, but such person shall not be entitled to vote.(5)Subject to this Act, the Board may regulate its own procedure.
