51. Conversion from the National Social Security Fund
The persons in the public service who were not on permanent and pensionable terms of service and were contributing to the National Social Security Fund before the commencement of this Act shall, upon the commencement of this Act be admitted to permanent and pensionable establishment.Source: Kenya Law
