4. Provisions of this Act to prevail
Where there is a conflict between any of the provisions of this Act and those of the Law of Succession Act (Cap. 160), the provisions of this Act shall prevail, unless it is expressly provided to the contrary in the Law of Succession Act (Cap. 160).[Act No. 10 of 1976, s. 4.]Source: Kenya Law
