5G. Receipt of payments by Public Trustee
The Public Trustee may receive payments of compensation under the Work Injury Benefits Act (Cap. 236), Pensions Act (Cap. 189), Civil Servants Group Accident Insurance Scheme and any other payment arising from compensation as a result of an accident and administer the funds as prescribed.[Act No. 6 of 2018, s. 6.]Source: Kenya Law
