38. Resettlement of refugees residing in Kenya
(1)A refugee residing in Kenya may access resettlement in any other country outside Kenya except their country of origin.(2)The Commissioner in liaison with the relevant government ministry shall seek for more resettlement quarters in addition to the ones allocated through other agencies.
