10. Committees of the Board

10. Committees of the Board

(1)The Board may establish such committees as it may consider appropriate.

(2)Without prejudice to paragraph (1), the Board shall constitute a—

(a)research committee; and

(b)training committee.

(3)The Board may from time to time co-opt into its membership one or more persons to assist it in any particular matter for the time being before the Board.
