In this Order, except where the context otherwise requires—"Board" means the managing Board of the Centre constituted under paragraph 5;"Cabinet Secretary" means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to Water;"Centre" means the Regional Centre on Groundwater Resources Education, Training and Research in Eastern Africa established under paragraph 3;"Director" means the Director of the Centre appointed under paragraph 9.Source: Kenya Law
