The Cabinet Secretary may make rules generally for better carrying out the provisions and purposes of this Act, and in particular may make rules for prescribing—(a)the fees to be paid to the Registrar under this Act;(b)anything required to be prescribed under this Act;(c)the duties to be performed by the Registrar under this Act.[L.N. 300/1956, L.N.173/1960.]
