28. Documents to be returned when registered
On completion of the registration of any document, the registrar shall, on production of the receipt referred to in section 20 or, if the receipt be lost, upon being satisfied as to the applicant’s right and upon taking indemnity as provided in section 21, return the document.Source: Kenya Law
