4B. Entitlement to parliamentary pension.
A person, who holds an appointive or elective position for which benefits under this Act apply and is entitled to pension under the Parliamentary Pensions Act (Cap. 196), shall in addition to the benefits and pension payable under this Act, be paid pension under section 8 of the Parliamentary Pensions Act (Cap. 196).[Act No. 4 of 2023, s. 91.]Source: Kenya Law
