9. Spouse benefits
(1)Upon the death of an entitled person who is in receipt of, or who is entitled to a pension under this Act, the surviving spouse of the entitled person shall be entitled to fifty per cent of the pension which was payable to an entitled person.(2)In any case where there is more than one spouse entitled to benefits under subsection (1), the benefits shall be divided equally among all such spouses.
