IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry on the recommendation of the Special Economic Zones Authority revokes* the declaration of Special Economic Zone made in respect of all that parcel of land being L.R. No. 9918/6, measuring 2,023 hectares (5,000 acres) in Malili Ranch.
