69. Transitional provisions
A Sacco society which at the commencement of this Act, is carrying out deposit-taking business to which this Act applies shall, within twelve months from the date of commencement, or such shorter period as the Cabinet Secretary may, by notice in the Gazette prescribe, apply for a licence under this Act.[Act No. 16 of 2018, s. 2.]Source: Kenya Law
