10. Filling of vacancy
(1)Where a vacancy occurs in the membership of the Commission under section 9, the appointment procedure provided for under the Constitution and this Act, shall apply.(2)A member appointed under subsection (1) shall serve for a term of six years but shall not be eligible for reappointment.
