26. Regulations

(1)The Commission may make regulations generally for the better carrying into effect of any provisions of this Act.

(2)The power to make Regulations shall be exercised only after a draft of the proposed Regulations has been approved by the National Assembly.[Act No. 57 of 2012, s. 59.]
