Every person who immediately before the commencement of this Act was an employee of the Government attached to the former Permanent Public Service Remuneration Review Board shall, upon the commencement of this Act be given an option to serve in the Commission and if not appointed by the Commission, be redeployed in the Public Service.Source: Kenya Law
