34. Director and staff of the Fund
(1)There shall be a Director of the Fund.(2)The provisions relating to the appointment of the Secretary of the Commission set out in section 8 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the appointment of the Director of the Fund.(3)The provisions relating to the appointment of staff of the Commission set out in section 8 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the appointment of staff of the Fund.
