23. Scrap metal of unknown origin
(1)No person whether a licensee, servant or agent shall allow scrap metal whose origin is unknown into his or her possession whether in the licensed premises or otherwise.(2)Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding twenty million shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years or to both.
