28. Offence committed by a company, cooperative society or other person
Where an offence under this Act committed by a company, cooperative society or other body of persons, corporate or not corporate, is proved to have been committed with the consent of or to have been facilitated by the neglect of any director, Chairperson, manager, secretary or other officer of the company, co-operative society or other entity, the director, Chairperson, manager, secretary or other officer of the company as well as the company, cooperative society or other entity, shall upon conviction be liable to the punishment prescribed under this Act.Source: Kenya Law
