33. General penalty
A person who is convicted of an offence under this Act for which no other penalty is provided shall be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to both.[Act No. 2 of 2002, Sch., Act No. 53 of 2012, s. 25.]Source: Kenya Law
