19. Power to summon witnesses and make inquiry
(1)A Court may, of its own motion or at the request of any party, summon any witness and require the production of any document, record, books of accounts or other thing, which is relevant in any proceedings.(2)The Court shall inquire into any matter which it may consider relevant to a claim, whether or not a party has raised it.
