35. Withdrawal of claim

35. Withdrawal of claim
(1)A claimant or joint claimant may, at any time before final judgment withdraw the claim.(2)The withdrawal of a claim by any person pursuant to subsection (1) shall not prejudice the hearing and determination of any counterclaim lodged by the respondent.
