32. Tariffs

(1)The benefits payable under this Act shall be based on a tariff.

(2)The Cabinet Secretary shall, in consultation with the Board, prescribe the tariffs applicable to the benefits package under this Act.

(3)The tariffs referred to under subsection (1), maybe reviewed from time to time.
