(1)The Board shall, within three months after the end of each financial year, prepare and submit to the Cabinet Secretary a report of the operations of the Authority for the immediately preceding year.(2)The Cabinet Secretary shall, within three months of submission of the report under subsection (1), transmit the report to Parliament.
