1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Health Insurance (Revocation) Regulations, 2024.

2. Revocation

The following Regulations are revoked—
(a)the National Hospital Insurance Fund (Standard and Special Contributions) Regulations (Sub. Leg.), and
(b)the National Hospital Insurance Fund (Claims and Benefits) Regulations (Sub. Leg.).
