46. Misappropriation of funds
A person who misappropriates any funds or assets of the Board, or assists or causes any person to misappropriate or apply the funds otherwise than in the manner provided in this Act, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one million shillings or imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.Source: Kenya Law
