51. Obligations and liabilities
(1)Any obligation or liability subsisting against the Directorate of Social Assistance or the National Social Protection Secretariat immediately before the coming into force of this Act shall, on the commencement of this Act, be an obligation or liability of the Board.(2)All rights, obligations and contracts which, immediately before the coming into operation of this Act, were vested in or imposed on the Directorate of Social Assistance or the National Social Protection Secretariat shall, by virtue of this section, be deemed to be the rights, obligations and contracts of the Board.
