50. Service of summons
(1)Every order, notice, summons or other document issued under this Act or under any rule made thereunder shall be validly served—(a)on a society, if it is sent by registered post addressed to it at its registered postal address; or(b)on an individual, if it is served or is sent by registered post addressed to him at the registered postal address of the society with which he is concerned.(2)Any document served by being sent by registered post shall be deemed to have reached the person or society to whom or to which it is addressed at the end of ninety-six hours after the time of posting.
