12C. Calibration service providers
(1)Every calibration service provider shall have each of its measurement standards referenced to the national measurement standards maintained by the Bureau.(2)The Cabinet Secretary may make regulations designating the specific categories of measuring instruments and equipment used for health, safety or environmental purposes that shall be calibrated.(3)Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (2), the Regulations may prescribe the timeframe after which it shall be unlawful to use an instrument or equipment that is not calibrated.
