16C. Powers on appeal
Upon an appeal under this Act, the Tribunal may confirm, set aside or vary the decision or act in question and may make such other order as the Tribunal considers appropriate, including an order with respect to the payment of costs.[Act No. 7 of 2004, s. 8]Source: Kenya Law
