1.These Regulations may be cited as the State Corporations (Certificate of Surcharge) Regulations and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st September, 2000.

2.The certificate of surcharge referred to in section 19 of the Act shall be in the form set out in the Schedule hereto.
