11. Oath of secrecy
Every person employed by the Board under the provisions of this Act shall take the oath of secrecy prescribed in the Third Schedule, before a Magistrate, Commissioner for Oaths, or the Director-General, before commencing the duties relating to the provisions of this Act.Provided that the provision of this section as to secrecy shall only apply to exempt information provided for in section 6 of the Freedom of Information Act, 2012.[Act No. 31 of 2016, Sch.]Source: Kenya Law
