66. Pending proceedings and claims
All legal proceedings and claims pending in respect of actions and activities to which this Act apply shall be continued or enforced by or against the Board in the same manner as they would have been continued or enforced by or against the Agriculture and Food Authority had this Act not been enacted.Source: Kenya Law
