34. Validity of proceedings
The Council, the Registration Committee, the Disciplinary Committee and the Examinations Board may exercise and perform their functions notwithstanding any vacancy among the members and the validity of any proceedings of the Council or the Registration Committee, or the Disciplinary Committee or the Examinations Board shall not be affected by any such vacancy or any defect in the appointment of a member.Source: Kenya Law
