25. Sites of trigonometrical stations and fundamental benchmarks
Every trigonometrical station or fundamental benchmark shall be deemed, for the purposes of this Act and of any regulations made thereunder, to comprise the land within twenty feet of the centre-mark of such station or within twenty feet of the centre of the pillar or of such fundamental benchmark, as the case may be, together with a right-of-way to and from the same.Source: Kenya Law
