32. Authentication of plans
No land shall be deemed to have been surveyed or resurveyed until the plan thereof has been authenticated by the signature of the Director or of a Government surveyor authorized in writing by the Director in that behalf, or by the affixing of the seal of the Survey of Kenya in accordance with section 5.[Act No. 10 of 1969, Sch., Act No. 1 of 2020, s. 10.]Source: Kenya Law
