40. Distribution of photographic or lithographic copies of plan authenticated
The authority giving a notice which refers to a plan authenticated, identified and deposited in the Survey Office may direct that so many photographically produced (or, if a larger number are required, lithographically produced) copies of such plan as he may require shall be made and distributed to the District Commissioner of the district in which the land or area to which such plan refers is situated, to the Commissioner of Lands and to such other public officer or officers as he shall specify.Source: Kenya Law
