Suspensions, Restrictions and Limitations of the Application of the Act Under Section 120

The application of paragraph (g) of subsection (3) of section 96 of the Act is suspended.Vehicles, described by reference to chassis numbers exempted from the provision of rule 39 of the Traffic Rules—
All motor vehicles with seating accommodation for more than seven, but not more than nine passengers, are exempted from the provision of Part V of the Traffic Rules.The application of rule 41A is suspended.
