IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 32(2) of the Social Health Insurance Act (Cap. 255), the Cabinet Secretary for Health, in consultation with the Board of the Social Health Authority, prescribes the tariffs as set out in the Schedule for healthcare services and revokes Legal Notice No. 146 of 2024.
