24. Procedure of the Tribunal
(1)The proceedings of the Tribunal shall be of a judicial nature.(2)The Chief Justice shall prescribe rules to guide proceedings of the Tribunal.(3)The Tribunal shall have such assistance in carrying out its lawful writs, processes, orders, rules, decrees or commands as is available to a Court in Kenya.
