10. Committees of the Board
(1)The Board of Directors may establish such committees as it may consider necessary for the efficient performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers under this Act.(2)The Board of Directors may co-opt to sit in the committees established under subsection (1), such other persons whose knowledge and skills are necessary for the performance of the functions of the Board.
