80. Transfer of Staff
(1)The staff of the Tea Directorate employed by the Agriculture and Food Authority prior to the commencement of this Act, shall be the staff of the Board.(2)The staff of the Tea Research Institute employed by the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization prior to the commencement of this Act, shall be the staff of the Foundation.
