37. Remuneration and allowances
(1)The salaries and allowances payable to, and other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson and members of the Commission shall be determined by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission.(2)The staff of the Commission recruited by the Commission under Article 252(1)(c) of the Constitution shall serve on such terms and conditions as the Commission, in consultation with the Salaries and Remuneration Commission may determine.(3)The registered teachers recruited by the Commission under Article 237(2)(b) of the Constitution shall serve under such terms and conditions as the Committee established under section 13(5) of this Act in consultation with the Salaries and Remuneration Commission may determine.
