10. Conduct of business and affairs of the Board
(1)The conduct of the business and affairs of the Board shall be as set out in the First Schedule.(2)The Board may appoint such committees, as it may deem necessary, for efficient discharge of its functions.(3)Subject to the First Schedule, the Board may determine its own procedure and the procedure for its committees.
